Custom Home Builder in Rye

Crafting Custom Homes Along the Mornington Peninsula Coast

With a population of close to 10000, Rye can lay claim to being one of the largest towns on the Mornington Peninsula. Like many of the other sizable towns on the peninsula, it still retains the charm of a village. During the summer and holiday seasons, tourists flock to Rye to enjoy the front and back beaches, the jetty, attractive foreshore facilities, walking tracks and abundance of shops and eateries.

Rye may be a great place to visit, but it’s an even better place to call home. If you’re considering building a new residential home in Rye, or extending or renovating your existing home, contact Smithkon Home Builders. We’ll turn your vision into your dream home.
