Home Builder in Cape Schanck

While in truth there’s something uniquely beautiful about all parts of the Mornington Peninsula, Cape Schanck has one feature that no other area can claim. It’s the southernmost tip of the peninsula and separates the wild Bass Strait waters and the relative calm of Western Port Bay.

With a lighthouse and natural beauty, Cape Schanck attracts many people who love to walk around the area, spotting birds and other fauna on their pursuits. The area also attracts a large share of other walkers - commonly called golfers - with some of the best golf courses on the Mornington Peninsula located at Cape Schanck.

Cape Schanck isn’t just a great place to swing a golf club or see fauna, it’s also a great place to live. Whether you’d like to live alongside one of the golf courses or are looking for a more remote setting, a new home built by Smithkon Group at Cape Schanck could be exactly what you desire.
